There is a captivating story to the Cambodia gambling halls that lie just over the dividing line from neighboring Thailand, in which gambling den gaming is not allowed. Eight gambling dens are situated in a relatively small location in the city of Poipet in Cambodia. The original Cambodia gambling halls opened in Phnom Penh in 1994, but were forced to close in the late nineties, leaving just a single casino in the capital, the Naga Resort. In addition, there is the Casino Tropicana, with 135 slot machine games and sixty six of the common table games, as well as one table of Casino Stud Poker. One more of the 8 gambling halls in Poipet, also in a hotel, is the Princess Casino with 166 slots and 97 games. The Star Vegas Casino is is located in an all-around vacation and hotel building that highlights a number of luxuries accompanying the gambling den, which contains ten thousand square feet of one hundred and thirty slot machine games and eighty eight gaming tables.
